In general, our modestly named team’s everyday work focuses on making the customers happy - be it “resurrecting” a system that was blown up due to a power outage or fixing a malicious bug that made the customers do a lot of extra work to get the desired results. Quite often, we also have to write new code. This all comes hand in hand with a lot of communication - with the customers in the USA, as well as with other teams in the company. Automatization is the future. Actually it is already the present. And our team makes sure that the automated machinery actually functions and that the customers perceive it as a pleasant experience.
